Austin Property management company seeking an experienced Accounts
Payable Clerk/bookkeeper. Apartment industry experience helpful. Must
have a minimum of 1 yr experience in general bookkeeping and accounts
payables. Knowledge of Yardi property management software desired.
Excellent computer and communications skills a must. Accounting degree
preferred.

1) Entering and paying Accounts Payables
2) Communications with Vendors and Mortgage Companies
3) Submit Reimbursement requests to Lender
4) Must be organized. PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS A MUST.
5) Must be able to work independently in a fast pace environment
