A recruiter (Chris Brucheit) from MagRabbit will attend our next Career Networking Meet-up on Thursday, August 4th at 9 a.m. at the Rutherford Lane Chapel (1000 Rutherford Lane in Austin). His company places assembly line and call center workers with Dell, and they anticipate needing about 300 workers in the next several weeks for a nine-month project at hourly wages (slightly more than $10 per hour).
The assembly line positions will last through the project timeline only, but call center positions are considered ‘temp to hire,’ and can lead to fulltime work and advancement. MagRabbit also recruits for other firms, so there are numerous opportunities available for these types of candidates.
