Senior Caregiver
I need a senior caregiver to who speaks english and is preferably a CNA. If you are
a CNA is this is a plus. You will need a valid drivers license and social security card and clean criminal background check. You will need to cook, do light house cleaning, lift her and help her to walk, offer companionship, drive to medical appointments, assist with medicine reminders, and in general assist with the normal activities of daily life. Call Director - French w/Canadian dialect
MagRabbit staffing is looking for Call Directors that are fluent in
French w/Canadian dialect (I'm not sure exactly what then mean by
Canadian dialect, but a fluent speaker should know).
**Must be bilingual in English and French w/Canadian dialect**
First line of contact for Dell customers on the phones. Takes basic
information and routes calls to correct source, needs basic technical
aptitude to be able to route calls correctly with little training,
previous call center experience nice, good communication skills both
oral and written, problem solving abilities as calls may be complex in
scope.
Accountabilities: Field inbound customer calls, Focuses on delivering
a positive customer experience according to Dell standards, interpret
customer's problem, collect basic information from customers, follow
protocols to route customers to correct agents; Experience: 6-18
months. **Must be bilingual in English and French w/Canadian dialect**
This will be a 1st shift position shifts that start at 7:00am, 8:00am
and 10:00am Mon - Fri. The candidate must be available for any shift
Pay is $14.00/hr
This position is temporary, however it is temp-to-hire, so the
possibility of being hired by Dell full time is pretty good.
